Shipping policy

NOTE: Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse locations, orders may arrive in separate packages. No additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Time

  • Please allow 2–4 weeks to receive your items.
  • Shipping may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland).
  • For some European countries, delivery may take up to 26 days.
  • If it has been 30+ days and you have not received your order, please contact us.

Order Processing

  • Payments are processed within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days processing time.
  • High-demand items may take 2–3 weeks to ship due to production or restocking, depending on your location.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • An order confirmation email will be sent when you place your order.
  • A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it)
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as they are available from our carriers.
  • Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
